Live support procedure:

If you have a very urgent problem or feel neglected, you can contact us immediately via live chat by either chatting with a technician or leaving a message for them to see when they return to their workstations.

Please visit Google Talk at www.google.com/talk

1) Download the safe and lightweight chat client
2) Install, open, add the contact: humanassistance@gmail.com

Note: operators are not available 24/7 via live chat, but even when offline, messages received will be saved and read when next agent is next online.
Note: emails sent to humanassistance@gmail.com are ignored.
